To Whom It May Concern:
I was Kimberly Ford’s university supervisor during her student teaching in the fall, 2014 semester through Texas A&M University, Commerce. She was a successful student teacher that I highly recommend to you.
Kimberly was always well-prepared to teach her lessons. Her lesson plans were thorough, materials were ready for immediate use, and time was managed wisely. As a result, I always saw excellent classroom management in her classroom. Kimberly had a wonderful rapport with her students as well as the teachers on her campus. She was always eager to learn, to respond to suggestions, and constantly look for ways to improve and be a great teacher.
As soon as her student teaching was complete, the school immediately moved her into a long-term substitute job. This spoke highly of her work during student teaching because the administration of the school felt her qualified and ready to move into the classroom. She was successful in this assignment and is now ready to move into her own classroom.
I highly recommend Kimberly Ford to you as a teacher in your school. I believe that she will be a tremendous asset as a faculty member.
Sincerely,
